In most cases you can choose to have your order shipped in any one of several ways:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3-Day
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day (Air)
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Express
- Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of order receipt. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you.
- Larger orders may be shipped in multiple packages and may be in separate shipments.
- In-stock and out-of-stock items are marked as such on the website. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you before shipping (this may delay your shipment).
- You will receive an order acknowledgement once your order is placed. When your order ships you will be notified and will receive a tracking number.
Please contact us if you experience any shipping delay or if you do not receive your order confirmation or tracking information promptly.
When you place an order with us, you will automatically receive an email notification verifying your purchase and also information on how it will be shipped to you. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If your order is shipped to an address in Massachusetts applicable sales tax will be added to your order.
If you do not wish to send your credit card information via our secure server, we will be happy to process your order over the phone. Just call us toll-free at 800-387-0619. You may reach us Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, Eastern Standard Time.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 60 days for a full refund. Please include the original packing slip or a copy of the sales receipt.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a full refund will be immediately credited to your account less any shipping charges. If the item shipped with free freight, your refund will be minus the original shipping cost upon the return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be refunded only in the event the product is defective or shipped in error.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us as immediately if your purchase is defective. All products are covered under our warranty. Let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.
Refusal of Delivery / Undeliverable
If a package is refused for delivery or not deliverable (at UPS's discretion), the customer will be refunded the original order amount, minus any shipping fees and penalties incurred by LectraLock.com. When a package is received back in our warehouse, a credit will be applied to the original credit card less the refused package fee and the actual shipping charges. If the package is re-shipped a 2nd shipping charge will be applied.
Incorrect Shipping Address
We try our best to have your order delivered to the address you provide. However, if the address given is not in the UPS or USPS system, we will call you.
Packages returned to LectraLock.com because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be charged actual shipping costs for that order and subject to additional shipping charges to re-ship the item(s). Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be refunded the amount of the item(s) purchased, less actual shipping charges.
In the event you need to change the delivery address while in transit, you will incur a $15 address correction fee and any additional shipping fees incurred from shipper.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, our normal return policy will apply.
